"Stayed for one week towards end of March. A great welcome when we arrived at nearly 10pm. Cold buffet served to us in our room shortly after we checked in as we had missed out on our evening meal. Room and bathroom, clean and tidy. Excellent selection of food and nicely presented. Majority of staff polite, friendly and respectful. Yes I would stay again. "

"We had a very comfortable relaxing stay in this Hotel. Room was very comfortable with tea & coffee making facilities, fridge, sofa, table & 2 chairs in the room. Balcony with another table & 2 chairs. Bathroom had a walkinshower, shower was powerful & water lovely & hot at all times. Toiletries provided. Breakfast was buffet style, plenty of fresh fruit. "This was our second day at the Occidental, unfortunately that air-conditioning was not working for our day which we were not made aware of on check in. Our room was ready early when we arrived and we were allocated to the ninth floor with a balcony and partial sea view which was very nice. Unfortunately without Aircon, it was just too hot at night even with the patio doors open so we did struggle to sleep. I do have an outside food bar and drinks bar.
