"Recently renovated and even the little things were working: drains weren't backed up, toilet didn't wobble, door to outside sealed out light and bugs. Stayed here on the first night of our Sedona trip as we flew in late, and enjoyed it enough to book here again for our last night before our early flights home. Spacious (1 king room), comfy, clean. Enough water pressure (and hot!) that the massage function on shower head worked. The overnight desk clerk was super polite and helpful and the shuttle service convenient (every 15-20 min from PHX and every hr on the hr leaving to PHX). It IS a motel so noise does penetrate, however since locals can't stay here, most if not all guests were like us, just trying to grab a few hrs of sleep before/after flights so we found it pretty quiet. GREAT value. "

"Elevator floors are dirty. Limited ice nachine only found one. Oranges at the breakfast area were old. Breakfast items extremely limited. No protein only carbs. Need trash can in bathroom. Limited t.v. channels. Good price will stay there agaun. "

"The hotel has a stylish lobby with a really cool marble fireplace on the second floor, a nice spot to hang out, and that exits onto a pedestrian walking area. Conveniently, a Frye’s grocery is across the street. There are numerous restaurants just steps away. Chico Malo was wonderful upscale Mexican food, beautiful and delicious. The fourth floor has a lovely pool and a cool rooftop bar. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. It worked out well for attending a convention, only 3 blocks to get there. There is morning coffee on the 2nd floor and throughout the day there was ice water infused with strawberries. My only negative I can think of is that our room’s furnishings, while stylish, were getting worn, the upholstery was peeling off the chairs, but maybe that was just this room. I would stay again. "
