"We were upgraded to a suite on the 52nd floor overlooking the Chrysler building which was very fortunate and gave us amazing views. Would thoroughly recommend on this basis. Having said this, I do imagine that rooms on the lower floors would be rather noisy from the location noise as it is very conveniently located very close to Times Square. "

"We had a really wonderful stay. Lovely staff, beautiful flowers in the lobby. Perfect location. Our only complaint was that our room smelled very strongly of french fries or a fryolator for the first day and 1/2. We needed to really air it out. Also our desk lamp was broken. Other than that, the room was lovely and we would absolutely stay there again. "
