"This hotel has an amazing location. I stayed here the weekend before Christmas and got a room facing Times Square- the view was gorgeous! However, it was very cold because the window was broken, which was letting in cold air. We realized this late at night snd asked that they fix it the next morning- they didn’t. It also took us about 45 minutes to check in. Then we waited about 30 mins to leave our bags with the desk in the am. M Social is about a block away, and way nicer for the same price,...
