"This was a beautiful property however I really didn’t feel as though I got the best Customer Service. When we initially checked in, we were a few hours early. Being that we had just come off a cruise we were extremely tired sleeping in the lobby. Initially I was told that our room was not ready. Once I mentioned we came off the cruise, she said you should’ve told me that you can go ahead and check in. I was very confused if it wasn’t ready how did it miraculously become ready.
