"The only reason I gave a one star for property condition is that on the pathway from the pool area to the restroom there was broken glass. I informed the front desk 2 separate times on the afternoon/evening of my first day. I went out to make sure it had been cleaned before I checked out the next morning. There was no change at all. "Got the junior suite with ocean view. Excellent view! Pros: The beach is the backyard. Room had two bathrooms, mini fridge, coffee maker, two large tv’s. Housekeeping was always accessible if needed extra towels or toiletries. Hotel has convenience shop with snacks and necessities and shareable microwave. Can leave luggage with front desk if you arrive before check in. Easy to get Lyft ride to and from hotel. I recommend catching a Lyft to Little Havana. Free street trolley stops in front of...

"Located in the great South of 5th area of the beach, this place is great. I have reviewed this hotel before, and it might even be better. I will be going back, Clean rooms, great staff and it's right on the beach. It is a bit expensive, but that's the only negative I have. -Enjoy it-"
