"Cleanliness of the room and bathroom was sub par. Bed was fine. Carpet had multiple stains. Lots of issues in the bathroom. The aesthetic of the hotel was amazing. Beautiful lobby. Amazing deco and atmosphere in restaurant and bar. I felt like i took a time warp to the 30s and 40s. I kept expecting Bing Crosby to walk in the room. "

"I loved the view and how kind the staff were, my only complaints are that 3 of the 4 outlets by the bed were finicky at best and the sink water pressure was very on or off, but it was a comfortable and clean stay :) As someone with a lowered and bright pink art car, I was worried that something would happen to my car especially since I was too low to enter the garage, but all went perfectly well night after night. The breakfast was delicious and delivered as requested, and overall it was a wonderful time, this has been and still is my go-to hotel for my Cinci/NKY trips :)"

"The hotel is a convenient location, walking distance to our venue, Sharonville Convention Center. The facility and rooms are very clean and fresh smelling. The breakfast menu has a variety of delicious foods. All the staff members are very pleasant and helpful."
