"Honestly a great hotel if you want to visit Disneyland. The private shuttle is unrivalled - you just call them and they come pick you up. Sometimes within 3-4 minutes. "The staff at check in were very friendly and polite, we had an issue with our door but the service people came and got us in quickly, the rooms are rather dated and really cold even with the heating on, the beds are very hard and squeek and awful lot, so if like myself your a light sleeper this will waoe you up all night.
