「We had several issues in our room - no hot water, a sink stopper that didn’t work. But customer service was great and immediately came and helped us. Only complaint is there is no chair in the rooms for reading. The staff was excellent and very accommodating.」

「Great hotel and excellent service by the staff. Unfortunately half of our view was a large construction site next door which also made our balcony dusty. Other minor issue was not enough lounge chairs at the pool and wait for breakfast when they should have opened up the other breakfast restaurant. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff in all areas were exceptional. Jesus and Daniel were very attentive and helpful poolside. Raull and all the the bellmen did a great job when a taxi was needed. We ate at most of the restaurants at both resorts and found the food and service went above and beyond. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The spa offered a variety of services My massage was amazing. We would definetly consider returning to La Estancia for another vacation.」

「Es un lugar ideal para la paz y la tranquilidad inmerso en la vegetación 」

「It was a beautiful place that needs some TLC. Maybe we just missed busy season but only a few guests there so it was a little spooky for my daughter not seeing anyone in this huge place. The very few staff members we saw were really nice but spoke little English so couldn't ask them much. That's ok since I was visiting their country and know basic Spanish. From a distance the pools look really nice but tiles falling off and not the cleanest, hot tubs half full with debris in them or closed...

「We loved that the resort campus as it was very self sufficient with many activities and options for dining and quick ride to the beach and some amazing views of the mountains and the ocean! On few occasions given BON park is under construction the waiting time for the shuttle was bit tricky but mostly no issues as teams were very accommodating. When our kid fell ill the concierge were able to help bring a doctor in short notice which was very helpful given this was our first trip to Mexico and...

「We went in the summer, super quiet and peaceful and safe. If you like something non commercial this is the place to go. Better if you like animals and speak a little Spanish. And most important bring cash money there are no ATM machines, Lagunita restaurant take credit cards. Very nice place😊」

「The location is amazing! Ocean views, in town close to everything but enough distance from the noise so you sleep well at night. Each casita provides some more privacy than a lot of hotels. And the Mexican desgn and details are very charming. A very comfortable and relaxed stay!」
