「The location is amazing! Ocean views, in town close to everything but enough distance from the noise so you sleep well at night. Each casita provides some more privacy than a lot of hotels. And the Mexican desgn and details are very charming. A very comfortable and relaxed stay!」

「Everything was perfect about this property. Clean and new with all of the amenities one would need for a long or short term stay. The building does have a parking garage, which wasn’t advertised on Expedia. The restaurant upstairs on the rooftop is a steak house and is going to be a bit more expensive than the neighboring restaurants. Bit the staff was very attentive and ensured we had everything we wanted. 」

「Well stocked, beach towels, cooking supplies… having a few coffee packets would have need nice. Room was very spacious, clean. Area was quiet too and just a few minutes to town center and beach」

「Great location in Puerto Vallarta with the pool right out your door and easy beach access from the condo as well. Tons of space in the unit and worked great for our family for our vacation. 」

「Beware property owner/management co will tell you they’re giving you one unit and they’ll give you another unit that is not in the same condition as advertised, example: the air conditioning in one room did not work, the ceiling looked like it had blood stains!!!, beds were old and hard, old towels no toilet paper! shower handle was broken, old television had cable TV with a blocked account? refrigerator was filthy, sliding door did not work properly, my kid jammed his fingers trying to...

「El departamento es muy bueno, para nosotros que viajamos en familia con tres hijos fue excelente. Solo el aire acondicionado de la sala funcionaba unos minutos y posteriormente presentaba una falla. Pero en realidad casi no lo usamos porque la playa y albercas que posee, mantenían a la familias afuera. Buena opción la comida que provee el restaurante. 」
