"We stay here whenever we go to Nadi, Freddy the owner always goes out of his way to make us happy. The staff are all nice, they carry our bags up to our room. Close to the airport and shops and banks in walking distance. Its not a 5 star hotel but its affordable and clean. "

"Sapphire Bay Villa 1, very spacious and clean. Villa needs a bit of TLC to bring it back to Luxury price that the owners are requiring. Everything was working fine but a few fixtures and furnishings are old and need replacing. We had a lovely stay and the Manageress Mrs Va and Joe the maintenance man looked after us well. They are what made our stay excellent. We would definitely stay again but hopefully the price reflects the condition of the villa next time."

"It was perfect for our extended families needing to stay close to Nadi International Airport (5 min drive) for an early morning flight to Australia or, in our case, a late flight to Canada. Thank you to the hosts for allowing us to check out at 7 pm. Plenty of bedrooms exist for large or multiple families, each with its own ensuite. "The apartment was dirty. The check-in was difficult as the contact did not answer the phone until the third try. Communication with him was sporadic and unhelpful. The villa was not what we expected. The outdoor furniture is not what is shown in the pictures. We would not recommend this accommodation and will not stay there again."

"For the price paid, the apartment was not ready for us to check in and we spent over an hour waiting for the cleaner to finish. The cleanliness wasn’t great either. There were no washing liquid and kitchen towels. The pillows and beddings looked like they were not washed either. The floors weren’t mopped as we could still see dirt on the tiles. "

"The stay was great at the Sheraton - however in case of bad weather there is not so much of backup option activities. They get cancelled and then a bit left without anything to do … i still highly recommend rhe Sheraton. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and beautiful."

"Staff provided superior customer service in accommodating an early check in for a 5am arrival. Izzy & Mere went out of their way to make us feel welcome & ready to assist with transportation etc. Room was comfortable & spacious. Spa was undergoing renovation, but my massage & facial were excellent. "
