We have stayed here for 28 years but the recent changes regarding dining options and atmosphere generally have deteriorated.
The menu at all restaurants including the buffet
Is poor, equivalent to Sydney prices but not anywhere near that standard.
The lack of live music in the evenings is
disappointing .
The plan to close in the breakfast area with glazed glass is a shock to guests many saying they do not go to Fiji to sit in a cold a.c closed in room, we all want open areas to enjoy the beauty of the beach, palms and gardens.
Many guests already dine at other resorts and we can see guests now booking their holiday at other resorts as well.
The closed in restaurant opposite Tatavu is empty every day, it used to an open area with a bar and Fijian band playing at sunset, lounges and coffee tables for guests to meet for pre dinner drinks, it was the best part of the resort.
It is now a dark, closed in glazed glass empty useless restaurant that noone frequents.
I hope the new Managers listen to the feedback.
Every guest we spoke to feels the same way
