「Convenient. It was not the property I booked or that I saw on pictures. I got a different property on the 1st floor not the one listed. Also the master bathroom shower handle wasn’t working so we didn’t have warm water」

「This home was gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay Reserve. Upon our arrival, we had a minor mishap in gaining access through the keypad. An email was sent and another keypad code was issued. Allowing us access to our home away from home. The temperature was a bit stuffy, but the aroma was fresh and welcoming. A lovely greeting card was left with a pack of Oreo treats provided for our stay. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. The amenities were excellent. Kitchen upgraded and anything...

「Nice 3 bedroom layout but not clean. Ants on the wall in the kitchen; dirty, stained coffee mugs and utensils; dirty baseboards. Sagging mattress in one room.」

「Everything was great but the office employees they don’t want to do anything even she will not handle me a pen」

「Everything was great during our stay.we loved the homey feel with everything we needed from 3bedrooms to the full kitchen. The only negative was there could be a few more towels etc for a full family.Although there was a washer/dryer there, it took time out of of vacation time. But all things being equal it was a great stay」
