"The hotel as hall was satisfactory standard! Staff in general were polite. I think they can benefit from a customer service awareness course as some of them was below standard specially on the bar area in our arrival it took the guy 45 minutes to get us 2 club sandwiches and when they eventually arrived the sandwich and the chips were called. "All the staff were incredible particularly Habiba, Front Desk Manager,who gets a Gold Star for Service, Mosehli, Manager, and Khamis who handled our bags and showed us the property upon arrival and was very helpful at our departure. Saner and Nancy in the evening Front Desk were very helpful. Helal from Housekeeping as well as Mohammad. Ibrahim and Ms. Amal from Breakfast were also very helpful. We had an incredible stay at an incredible historic hotel. "
