"The staff was great. Jamecka at check in was super helpful and patient with one member of my large group. The hotel was nice and the breakfast was great. I would go back for the breakfast alone. In addition, happy hour with snacks a drinks from 5:30 to 7 was a pleasant surprise. We hung out with other hotel guests and enjoyed whatever was on the TVs along with pleasant conversations. The only blemish was the pool being closed while the temperature was quite nice outside. I would return to this...

"We booked this hotel for 2 nights, before our cruise. It is a lovely Victorian with charm and convenience. Being on St Charles Ave, the streetcar is right in front of the hotel. And right in the middle of the French Quarter and the Garden District of New Orleans. Restaurants, cocktail lounges, and shopping, are all within walking distance as well. Our host Diane was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We are looking forward to another stay here, next time we get to New Orleans. "

"What we loved about staying here - the location (right by the Trolley on St. Charles), walkable to many restaurants, great Jazz bar and restaurant, great rooftop patio and old world charm with a twist of hipster. The shower pressure was amazing! Staff were really helpful and nice. What we did not love - the rooftop bar turns into a college hangout after 8pm, the rooms are a bit dim and outdated because it's an old building. I requested a city view but on the third floor our windows were treated...
