「This place is GREAT. CLEAN. Good hot, powerful shower. New/remodeled rooms with fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer, ALL the amenities of the fancy high-price hotels at an AFFORDABLE price. But, I really don’t care about all that, it’s Shane, Lu and their hardworking and accommodating family that make this my only place to stay in Eureka Springs. Unassuming on the outside, FANTASTIC on the inside. Thanks Shane and Lu. You’re THE BEST.」

「Absolutely loved this property and would stay here again! We received facials and massages from the spa during our stay which was absolutely fantastic! The restaurant bar was great, vending machine in the lobby has some GREAT cupcakes, cool merch in the lobby, all around a great time. The only complaint was the hot tub was not warm, we were really looking forward to this and were disappointed. 「2nd time here and it did not disappoint. Stayed in Suite C which is what we stayed in 4 years ago and had an awesome few. Very little stairs to get into the unit compared to the upstairs but for us old folks it was perfect. Met Todd for the first time and enjoyed visiting with him as well as Bree who met us checking in. Place was super clean. The only negative would be it needs more lighting in the kitchen if you are going to cook otherwise it's probably okay for those who don't bring in...
