Find Hotel with a Concierge in Little Rock, AR

"The hotel is beginning to show its age. The elevators didn’t all work all of the time, there was water damage around exterior windows, things are peeling on the walls, etc. The receptionist, while admitting it was her first day, checked us in but didn’t actually give us our keys nor tell us which room we were in. We had to ask her for that after she said “You’re all checked in. Have a great night” and turned to walk away. Bless her heart, she must have just been overwhelmed. We actually...

"Having to use the room key for the elevator operation was unique. Valer was incredibly helpful and overwhelmingly kind. Clean room and a comfortable bed sealed the deal. It was a pleasure to stay here. "

"Have stayed at Hamptons before and have never had this experience. I had dirty wet pillow cases in the chair at the desk. The chair was pushed under the desk so I only saw it when I went to sit in the chair then realized the entire chair was wet and I could not use it at all. I also had some sort of black hair in the bottom of the shower. I went to Walmart and bought cleaner before I used it. Really gross. "

"I was very disappointed in this hotel stay for several reasons. 1. The bed was so high above the floor, even with my wife and I NOT being short people, we had to "climb up" into the bed everytime. 2. There were no cups for the coffee maker nor in the bathroom. 3. Neither of the 2 phones in the room worked, so I couldn't even call the front desk about getting cups brought to the room, I had to go downstairs to and get them myself. 4. The hallway going to our room smelled like old rotten...
