「We always stay here when attending shows at Robinson. Very convenient. But they do need to fix their ice machines. Should not have to travel six floors to find a working ice machine!」

「Got off to a rough start having to wait 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge i was at the front desk. Only one elevator was working, my mom that was traveling in a wheel chair we had to wait awhile for enough room to use the elevator. Our room was very clean and well kept! Everything hung was stocked, the fitness room and as clean and nice! The cleaning ladies were amazing and very helpful! We will more than likely stay there again while traveling to Little Rock! 」

「I was very disappointed in this hotel stay for several reasons. 1. The bed was so high above the floor, even with my wife and I NOT being short people, we had to "climb up" into the bed everytime. 2. There were no cups for the coffee maker nor in the bathroom. 3. Neither of the 2 phones in the room worked, so I couldn't even call the front desk about getting cups brought to the room, I had to go downstairs to and get them myself. 4. The hallway going to our room smelled like old rotten...
