Wat a disgusting place and managers. I don't know how this hotel got 4 star!"

The staff have been incredibly welcoming; from the reception team to the pool attendant and the restaurant crew on the mezzanine floor, everyone was not just friendly but genuinely eager to make my stay as enjoyable as possible.
