「The staff were friendly and prompt. At check in I was quickly corrected that while the listing says 1 complimentary drink per person, it was only for adults (traveling with four children). But the facility was nice albeit, the floors all through the facility need cleaning. Carpets in the halls, the rooms, the elevator, even the pool deck, and drink through at the front door. All of the floors and the couch cushions in our room were visibly dirty. The beds and the pullout bed we had all had dirty...

「The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.」

「The staff, especially my girl Kelly, was phenomenal. They were all so accommodating and friendly. Started off with a free beer in a cute koozie, which was a nice little start to the stay. The room was so beautifully designed, and the rooftop bar had a great view. We had a little mishap with the valet, but Kelly took such good care of us after that. We had dinner at Lazia, the Italian restaurant in the hotel, and it was some of the best food I’ve ever had. All around this hotel was a 10/10...
