"It was clean and quiet"

"Room was fine, property itself seemed kept up and clean. Our reason for 4* was the downstairs bar area was extremely limited. They were out of multiple basic items from the bar and food menu. This seems to be an issue on a weekend when you should be stocked. "

"The Fontaine is a wonderful property. The restaurant was excellent. However, there are areas of improvement, especially concerning Expedia VIP Members and our benefits. I had to remind staff about the upgraded room, free drink, and late check-out. They obliged when I mentioned it, but it's always nice when those benefits are top of mind when checking in. There was quiet a bit of wear/tear on the property and in our room including a shattered mirror. This property used to be so fresh. ...

"Hard to tell its a hotel, the front sign isn't up yet. The price was more than reasonable, the staff, helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful, the whole place was quiet, the linens are comparable to a 5 star hotel, and its literally right off of the highway.The next time im in KC, KC Inn is where I'll stay. Not one bad thing to say about this place."
