「Was a very nice and clean stay. The rooms were huge, even had a dishwasher in the room, which was a nice amenity even though we did not use it. The bathrooms were very large as well. The only negative thing about this was the breakfast did not look that great. They also have lobby coffee that was available at anytime which was a nice perk」

「Upon arrival the staff was friendly and quick to assist. The room was clean, but the restroom smelled of sewer gas and the sink had a very slow drain. I had to keep the restroom door closed or the smell would linger into the room. I would return, but preferably in a different suite. 」

「I have stayed here several times and it’s always been a very good experience. It’s clean safe and a very nice location close to lots of shopping and dining. Room is quiet and comfortable with a full refrigerator and freezer as well as a microwave and stove. Just remember to bring your own silverware etc! 」

Front desk in-polite in check-in.

"Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This is amont worst service for all the hotels I stayed on Hotels.com"
