"Stunningly beautiful historic hotel!! Very clean, and staff was amazing and friendly!!"

"We liked that the waterpark area was intimate. We felt safe letting our kids be more independent. We also liked the menu at Hurricanes Grill. What we didn't like was the lack of communication between staff when we were evacuated due to a fire alarm. "

"Fun property, view of track from room, no races when we were there just some horses being exercised. Disappointed by lack of daily maid service and no microwave in the room. Big coffee mugs, but if your coffee got cold, no way to reheat. Could use a casual dining option in the hotel. Choices were a high end steakhouse (Mortons) or a little store. Be nice to have some breakfast, lunch, snack options. Casino was weird, without human dealers or croupiers."

"There was no working tv no wifi. Did not have hot water. Drain leaked. Sheets has hairs on them. There wasn’t a mini refrigerator or microwave for late night after concert to have . The Stewarts closed early. "

"I've been to Saratoga several times to visit a friend but never stayed in a hotel until my most recent trip. The Inn was a great choice, especially being central to shops, cafes, restaurants, etc in Saratoga and very comfortable. My room was extremely spacious and cosy with a dash of old-fashioned charm. I loved little touches like a makeup-specific wash cloth and hot apple cider/coffee in the lobby. I'd happily return, particularly in the quieter (and more affordable) off-season."
