"They should advise the guests to request the taxi driver to drive up the hill to the hotel receptionist building. Our taxi drive left us at the bottom of the hill, and we had to pull 2- 45 lbs luggage up the hill, about 3 to 400 steps. Hand towers should be provided. 2 pillows will be better than one. "
