「I know a lot of the reviews have been negative but this lodge is just a simple, comfortable motel. The rooms haven’t been renovated so they’re a little run down but almost everything was spotless and the linens were clean. 「Only 5 hours since checkin. So perhaps too early for a comprehensive review. But preliminarily the Bear Lake Lodge is excellent. Bre is a good host. Physical facilities such as our room, bathroom, common areas, parking all satisfactory. The views of the lake and trees…gorgeous. Unfortunately a cold snowy/rainy day but we accept what we get.
