「I know a lot of the reviews have been negative but this lodge is just a simple, comfortable motel. The rooms haven’t been renovated so they’re a little run down but almost everything was spotless and the linens were clean. I’d say just some of the corners were a bit dusty and there were some hard water stains in the sink. The mattresses are a little saggy but were still decently comfortable. 「Only 5 hours since checkin. So perhaps too early for a comprehensive review. But preliminarily the Bear Lake Lodge is excellent. Bre is a good host. They went out of their way to make the house cozy everynight with a fire and great ambiance, greeted us every morning during breakfast (which the 3 course breakfast was always different and incredible!) and communicated clearly which made check in a breeze.
