"Had a fabulous stay here. Staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms view was amazing, so close to the pyramids. The hotel itself was a little tired and would benefit from a refurbishment. "One of the best panoramic views of the Sphinx and pyramids in Giza. Clear view of 8 pyramids, including the biggest three. This hotel has the highest vantage point over the shorter hotels in front. The two level restaurant on the 5th and 6th floors give you an open, unrestricted view of the entire pyramid grounds, as well as the Sphinx in front. We booked one of the 3 rooms on the 4th floor that also have a clear, unencombered view of the pyramids and Sphinx. Nice to wake up to such a view....

Perfect facilties, services and location

"Simply perfect! Every single staff member is friendly, accomodating and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and quality of the service provided exceptional. Restaurant options are wonderful! I also highly recommend their breakfast - the buffet offers absolutely anything you'd need. The The gym is also very well equipped. The only point for the ladies is that I do not recommend the beauty salon in Beyman (attached to the hotel). The manicurist was rude, their nail polish collection does not seem to be of good quality and the hygiene was poor. "

"This is luxury defined. The room was well decorated, stocked with amenities, and clean. The many many staff are courteous, eager to help, and willing to try to solve any problem you present. The food is five star and the Lebanese cuisine at Aura is the best I’ve ever had. For a Westerner, the prices are somewhat low for restaurants and even a bit lower than average for a night in a comparable hotel. A dollar goes a long way here."

"C’était le meilleur emplacement, l’hôtel était située directement devant les pyramides et l’entrée du sphinx. Les chambres étaient très propres et le lit confortable. Les employés de l’hôtel ont été aux petits soins avec nous et très attentionnés à nos besoins. Les employées étaient toujours disponibles et très agréables. Les petits déjeuner était copieux et délicieux. Nous avons adoré notre expérience. Nous y retournerions n’importe quand. "

Great place!

"When our taxi driver couldn't find the exact location of the hotel two of the front service staff were already looking for us on the street. The whole time we were there we received amazing customer service! Breakfast was the best we had in Egypt. Great location, can be a bit noisy at night but that's normal for Cairo."
