"Fidelity is a charming boutique hotel, clean and with beautiful decor offering seamless blend of elegance and comfort. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. We had a delicious breakfast at the Club Room. I hope they would provided a coffee maker in the room and not a kettle. But I will still recommend this hotel. "

"Wow, This place is special. A large Cleveland department store was completely renovated to create a mixed use space with 307 apartments and business spaces. The building is now called The May. Our apartment (which was cheaper than a hotel), was a brand new 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and sitting room including a washer and dryer and all new technology. "My new favorite budget hotel in the area (and I have stayed in most of them :). Simple but clean and comfortable, friendly and attentive manager, near a couple of restaurants and gas stations. Even provides a little breakfast. Room was a little worn but had quality furniture and nice pillows, and someone cares enough about the place to have painted a nice blue accent wall. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel."
