"Honestly the place was decent. It wasn't amazing but it was comfortable. I personally enjoy the access method they have to the hotel since all you need is the code but I did notice quite a few people in the lobby struggling. Also didn't enjoy how open the locker room was especially since it wasn't really a locker room but a storage closet where everyone with the entrance code could come in and access other people's luggage. There were these bike locks essentially but they weren't the most secure...

"Self check in was easy. Room was clean but the condition of some furniture was not so good, e.g. cabinet doors with hinges dropped out."

"Walkable distance to train stations. Overall a great, spacious stay for the room we booked, which was the private room with bathroom. A bit difficult to get help from staff, but we figured things out on our own. Just a heads up, even though the name has HOTEL in it, they do not (or in our experience), have luggage delivery services. Klook did not operate in their area as well, so we ended up going to 711"

"Unbelievable night here. Views of lake Ashi and Mount Fuji the best you can get. Even from our personal onsen or balcony footpath. The kids loved watching a movie on the big projector while the parents enjoyed the view. Fridge full of free gifts of food, wine and beer plus soft drinks also. Nice touch. We absolutely loved it here. Caught the bus from odawara station which took about 55mins and the bus stop is just outside the accommodation (Hakone Shiso Mae). On way back 2 bus stops either side...

"This hotel is a great, practical choice for families. Convenient location (quiet but close to main attractions) and while nothing fancy, the rooms were clean and spacious. My family enjoyed staying here! "
