「櫃檯英文服務溝通不是很流利。 早餐普通，買了兩天早餐，有點後悔。 房間設施較為老舊，床還蠻舒適。 冰箱聲音很大聲，隔音沒有做好。 飯店地點很好，就在景點旁邊。 飯店外面就有商店街可以逛街。 裸湯區室內非常悶，出去外面又太冷。友人泡湯後，被冷到，晚上有發燒。還好藥品足夠，吃個藥就退燒。 晚餐菜色不錯。」

「Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Front staff can speak English. Both breakfast and dinner are great. The road path to the Onsen is beautiful. It has both indoor and outdoor. There are family bath and no need to make reservation and you can use it when it is vacant. However we did not try it this time as it occupied. Both Kinrinko and 湯之坪 are note quite close to the hotel, it is better to drive there. Overall is over my expectation and the room rate is reasonable. 」

「We enjoyed our stay! Although it was not right next to the Yufuin station, it offered shuttle to bring us to the hotel and back to the station. Very convenient indeed! We had a big family room with beds and futons. The beds and futons were very comfy. The air-con made the room temputure and humidity just right. We had a really good night of sleep. 「今次是我第二次住這間酒店，食物和服務質素絕對是五星級，地點就在高山陣屋附近，其中一個朝市就在這裏，窗台向着Miyagawa River，雪景非常漂亮，步行幾分鐘便到古街。在高山陣屋附近有一間叫Dining Bull的西式餐廳，非常美味，有時間可以去試一試。今次入住期間，酒店安排了每個晚上都有Live Band，酒店老闆非常有眼光，歌手Keen & Mary不單止唱功好，而且非常親切，做了幾晚他們的觀眾，已經成為好朋友，祝他們夢想成真。」

「Excellent stay here! Specially the service from two gentlemen at front desk, they were being helpful and tried to book cab for us (finding cab is headache in Kyoto!), Also they were able to speak English! The hotel is clean generally, you get a free little complimentary snack box daily if you chose no house keeping service during your stay. Very convenient location from hotel to Gion Shijo where u get all the shopping & food and also easy to walk to Kiyomizu-Dera temple (10 mins walk)! Lovely...

「The Onsen Resort entrance is located in a small driveway beside the main road, driving in with caution will avoid you from missing the driveway.
