"We had hope this hotel was going to be very nice and a great experience. But it was NOT. The hotel is super old and in bad shape. My room did not have a working shower the WHOLE time I was there. I told reception from day one, and they said a plumber will look into it. I was there for 5 days and the plumber never came, I had to use another room's shower. Total nightmare. There is only ONE staff member for the entire hotel, so nothing gets done or resolved. Location is not great, there is nowhere...
