I recently stayed at the Paséa Hotel and Spa in Huntington Beach, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and well-designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and attentive, making sure that every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel and the high level of service throughout really stood out.
One issue I encountered was with the parking and valet service. While the valet service was convenient for those who wanted it, there wasn’t clear communication about alternatives. I had brought beach chairs for a sunset outing and realized I couldn’t access my car without going through the valet, which felt a bit inconvenient. I would have appreciated the option to easily retrieve items from my car without needing assistance.
Additionally, the parking fees were unexpected. It would be helpful if these charges were either rolled into the room rate or clearly disclosed at the time of booking. As a guest, I didn’t quite understand why parking wasn’t included, especially at a premium hotel like Paséa. Transparency in these extra costs would definitely improve the overall experience.
That said, the hotel itself is excellent, and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Huntington Beach. Just be sure to ask about parking ahead of time!
