"We enjoyed our stay. Seems like they are trying to put money into the property to upgrade rooms. The need to focus on doing a few things to enhance the customer experience...like selling beer and soda's at their gifts shops....like having a book donation and pick up. Little things that make it a better experience for the people spending all the money. They have great retail space but not much for the guests to buy. Make it so no one wants to leave and dont have to pay $10 for a beer, but...

"The property was gorgeous and the views of the water were spectacular. We had an ocean view room that was worth the upgrade, and the beachside restaurants took full advantage of the views. We paid extra for the Gold package and the service was outstanding. Staff were friendly, helpful, and timely the making sure the breakfast, snacks, and evening appetizers were set up.
