The pools are amazing - so big to the point where you never feel crowded. For being an all inclusive I was not sure how the food would be - but the buffets are GOOD!! My kids had the best time. "As a family of four, we really enjoyed our stay! However, I would like to suggest to management that they do not allow guests to place personal items or clothing to reserve spots on the beach. For such a nice hotel, there should be clearer policies regarding this issue. Guests from Colonial and Mirage are using sunbeds designated for Elegance, simply by leaving their slippers on the chairs. This is something that needs to be addressed."
