"My stay at Stella was amazing. The host, Shuji, was kind enough to make himself available for when I arrived, to make sure the check in process was smooth. The room was spacious and clean. "This hotel was dirty!! We were expecting old as we wanted to keep costs down and rayes were low. I have stayed in many APA hotels across Japan and they are fine. But this one was filthy. We had booked 4 nights but after one night cancelled and changed to another hotel. Beds were actually decent in condition (APA Kyoto had beds made out of cardboard) but mold and dust, dirty everywhere in room. Can’t recommend it here. Plenty of nice hotels in Kanazawa."

"Wonderful hotel. Beautiful room and great breakfast buffet, the hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. It is a little ways from the main touring areas but the hotel provides shuttle service to the train station so was no problems. The shuttle driver actually took our luggage to the hotel so that we can tour around before going the hotel to check in which made our first day go very smoothly. All in all, we had a wonder stay!"
