「Our family really enjoyed the property. Very nice location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would’ve been nice if the cleaning folks had checked and cleaned the pullout couch as we found a gum wrapper and top of a torn off beef jerky pouch in the bed when we opened it up. Not great but not a deal breaker either. Otherwise, we loved this place and would definitely stay there again.」

「The space itself was very iconic classic hawaii, which is very fun for a Waikiki experience. However the building and surroundings are less desirable. The local dive bar located in the lobby requires you to pass through it. We were harassed every time we left and entered the building having to negotiate through heavy drinking and smoking locals. This should have been noted for safety concerns. I had a drunk man try and push his way into the elevator behind me and no one stepped up to help. They...
