"The room was just average and clean enough. The beds weren't super comfortable and It wasn't great that the family room was right above the bus depo so you could hear people late into the night. The location is great for events in city center or a shopping trip. The highlight to our trip was the lady cleaning our room who went above and beyond to make our young daughter feel welcome. "Stayed in this hotel a few times and have never had a problem. Rooms are lovely and the complimentary breakfast is very nice. Only issue I had was as our room was in the 4th floor it was very warm for me. It's for ne in the room with the central air on but I found myself sweating just walking from the room to the lift, I'll perhaps request a lower floor next time we stay here. "
