「Was an incredible stay. We were the only guests as it was the off season and we felt so looked after. There was a lovely man working the mornings (didn’t catch his name but he was absolutely beautiful) who did everything he could to make us feel welcomed and comfortable! 「Check in was very good. Woman at the bar was very helpful and checked me in. She took me upto my room and made me aware of where breakfast was in the morning. Very impressed. I was out on the lash all day and night. Came back at night for a few drinks and a game of pool. Went upstairs and the bed was big which is good but not too comfortable. 「飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。」

「Great location with great staff. Food very good but pricey. No elevators which is not ideal when you’re on the 4th floor with a big bag. Rooms were freezing cold when we got there although they did warm up eventually. Could only stand up on one side of the room due to the ceiling slope. Overall a good stay with a few surprises. 」

「Love Saplinbrae and this was my fifth visit, and my wifes first. Thankfully she loved it as much as i do. Lovely room, comfy bed, great shower, very peaceful and the food is always outstanding but this was the best yet! Amazing staff as well. 」
