"Only 10-15 minute walk to The French Quarter. The suite was spacious and very clean and the furniture and bed was modern and super comfortable. Only complaint is the woman working at the front was not very nice and a bit rude. "

"This was the wors motel that I have ever stayed in. The bag covers under the sheets were covered in urine stains, and what it looked like, blood. Maintenance is horrible Groundkeeping is horrible, overall filthy location.Needs a major update i walked in the lobby and was able to see the computer. I saw every guest name and room number. I brought it to the owner's wife attention. She said something about it's because if they close down the system, they have to reboot the whole thing or something...

"I love this place very clean spacious and close to everything walking distance. This time there was a big dog in one of the units that was barking a lot and was very hard to sleep but texted the office managers and they looked and not the issue right away as dogs are not allowed."

"I was sceptical at first because there were reviews about it being in a rough neighbourhood , however, that is not the case it is right beside the medical school and veterans hospital. It is a 5 minute walk to the canal street car, taking less than 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter. We had no issue walking to and from the place at night. Very clean, very quiet and amazing for the price. I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a nice place to stay and I quiet place to sleep. "

"Excellent location. Had a few issues with lighting in the condo, bedside lamp would not work plugged into the bedside plug, had to plug across the room. Netflix was not up to date so could not use it."

" I called for an extra blanket and they said they don’t give out extras when it was 3 of us and it was only 1 blanket!!then called for extra towels couldn’t get them either!! "

"Overall decent experience Had a few issues. Reached out to management and they were quick to listen and act to resolve each issue. Is a bit noisy so I recommend some ear plugs if your a light sleeper. Location is great. Close enough. To everything downtown. Few blocks from French quarter. Few blocks to get on the street car and head uptown. Spacious in comparison of places in same price range. Would stay there again"
