"Elevators were an issue during peak arrival, meal times and check out hours. One was down for repairs all 4 days we were there. Also free breakfast is setup in the lounge/restaurant area. They put it up and take down daily. After waiting half an hour for elevator you need to wait in winding line in lobby then sit anywhere you can even dirty tables because everyone is trying to eat and leave at once. Very poor setup. We paid for ihop three days after bad experience first day. Not cool....

"Unique, beautiful property close to canal park. Wonderful in house restaurant with views of the harbor. Very quiet with industrial feel. Second time staying here, and hope to visit again soon!"

"View was breath taking. I wish I took photos of the room. The jacuzzi tub worked well, just takes a while to fill. It’s a really nice hotel. Sad they are tarring it down for a new casino. Prices were affordable too not like most hotels along the falls."
