We stayed here after attending a Sunday night football game. Very reasonable distance to the stadium and the price for the night wasn’t bad either. We thought it could have been a little cleaner. The shower had some grime in the grout and you could tell that it hadn’t been maintained well in the rooms. However, that is what most likely kept the price down. The location was great. Plenty of shopping and food options. Overall not a bad stay.

I was in town for a Bills game. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. However there were 2 very small elevators one which was out of service for at least 2 days. I was on the 2 nd floor so I took the stairs. Because there was only 1 small elevator the wait for the elevator was very long. The stairs were being very heavily used. With the snow they started to become slippery. It created a dangerous situation. Bar was nice. But closed at midnight even though there were a lot customers ( in town for the game).

Always a great location. We came in for a Bills game. They had a full front desk staff working to help everyone check in quickly. Front desk staff was awesome! Would stay there again.

Ok hotel if you’re going to a Bills game and this is your only “reasonably” priced option. Bathroom was not clean (hair in shower and dusty), air was terrible (so dry and smelled like an old hotel smoking room). The area was so dark at night and made it dangerous to go out after dark. Good part- next to nice mall.
