"First of all...this is still an excellent choice when staying in Chicago. Perfect location, stylish and trendy, comfortable beds, clean and modern, and excellent toiletries and bathroom amentities. Unfortunately, this time around it wasn't as good as during past stays. I checked in at 7:30pm and was speedily (in a good way) provided keys, but when I got to the room, it wasn't the room category I had booked (Booking was King bed, but room assigned was two twins).
