I said that my ride was on the way and probably another 15 mins and she responded: "You were supposed to be out of the room 2 mins ago". So I said that I would put my things on the walkway. She said ok. So I did. This was rude in my opinion. It did not sit well with me. The owners should correct that sort of attitude in the employees. The Man that worked later in the evening was very nice and polite. "

Incredibly clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all of your basic needs. The location is perfect, 15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. So very peaceful and quiet, I don’t want to leave! We will definitely return. "
