「Pasamos una semana con mi familia para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hermana y la pasamos muy bien. Los desayunos muy ricos y completos. La atención del personal excelente y la ubicación espectacular. La playa limpia y el mar tranquilo. Todo nos gustó. La habitación quizas un poco ajustada para 4 adultos pero con todo lo necesario. Debimos usar una suite o dos habitaciones separadas pero no es queja. Todo excelente. 」

「I don’t like is that I can check in early to store my baggage! Too hard to carry everything to the next destination!」

「Royal Beach Palace is no longer... it is now called "The Garden". Location is good regarding grocery stores, pharmacies and eating options. The room we had was decent, with a coffee maker, fridge and safe. The thing that was annoying is that we were not notified by Expedia or by the hotel that both the lobby and eating area were under construction. 」

「Our experience at this hotel has been the worse. We have booked through Expedia for many years and this is the first time where the hotel we booked did not offer the ammenities that it said it had. In our case it was a washer and dryer. The person at the front desk told us it was a problem out of their control because it was advertised wrong on the Expedia website and that they could NOT do anything about it. The room was also in a very poor condition. The door DID NOT close all the way and...
