My fiancée and I stayed here for 7 nights. Our room was cleaned twice. Both times, we had to track somebody down, and request it. They claimed that "we had a *do not disturb* sign displayed outside of our door" But the issue is, we did NOT have our *do not disturb* sign displayed during the entirety of our trip. By the second interaction, we recieved attitude/a stern tone from the staff as if we were an inconvenience. I've never stayed at an Executive Inn Hotel that only cleans rooms upon request, and then accuses me of not allowing them to do their job, when that was clearly never the case..? Hmm..
On top of this, a complimentary breakfast was NOT included as advertised on Expedia. A bit of a letdown as we had that planned in our budget prior to our trip.
