"I would’ve given 5 stars cause this property is amazing, but the only issue I had and that other people should know about is you have to rent chairs and umbrella’s for the beach( guys that assist you are amazing!), the problem lies with the cost. We have a family of 5, so we needed 5 chairs and 2 umbrellas which was $125 a day! Plus tip for the guys( cause it’s not their fault that the price is so ridiculous). "This property was beautiful & all of the staff were so friendly and genuine. The view was gorgeous from our room and we had a balcony. Having the restaurant on the resort was convenient too and a beautiful view as well. Only thing that I would say needs updated is the elevator- it was a little outdated / made noises that sounded a bit scary "

"The only thing I was truly disappointed in was check-in. We arrived around 1:45. they said our room was not ready. We waited in the lobby while numerous other people checked in. One lady even commented that she felt bad they got their key right away and we were still waiting. At 3:10 I went to the desk. They gave us our room key. Check-in is 3:00. I wonder how long we would have had to sit there if I hadn't spoken up.l"
