The front desk agent was truly exceptional—unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but his outstanding service deserves recognition. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Despite the hustle and bustle of being near Times Square during the New Year’s Eve season, he ensured everything was seamless and stress-free. From the moment we checked in, he made us feel welcome and well cared for, setting the tone for a fantastic visit. The location was unbeatable—convenient, central, and right in the heart of all the action. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay after a busy day. I wholeheartedly recommend the Millenium Times Square to anyone seeking exceptional service, a prime location, and a wonderful place to stay. I will absolutely return on my next trip!"

"Great stay in a signature family suite for the weekend. My family of five, including three daughters ages 20, 17, and 14 worked well in this space with their parents. Facilities and staff were great and helpful. Would stay here again. "

"The property was fine and honestly NOTHING the mgmt can do about the below comment we just chose a bad location Although we were in the middle of it all the street salesman are ANNOYING and steps away from hotel entrance. The hotel is clean the front desk staff and valets extremely helpful and hospitable. Would I stay here again YES if wasn’t located in Times Square "
