"The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because it was impossible to keep the room at a level temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. Never had this issue anywhere else."

"The staff was super nice and welcoming. They upgraded me to a bigger room at no cost. They were super kind and on top of things. The room was clean and spacious but the lighting was not the best. Design was interesting, not my taste. Overall, great hotel!"

"Housekeeping should be at least once a day if requested. Shower glass should be cleaned for every new reservation. Rm 611 curtains where water stained across the bottom."
