"The property is well cared for. Rooms are clean. The outdoor bar off of the lobby is a great place to hang out and the staff was very friendly. One downside for us on this trip was that this property was FULL of kids. We traveled without our kids this time and were looking for a different/more relaxed experience. The pool was full of kids and it was nearly impossible to get a chair by the pool because families were out there by 8am....not that I really wanted to be at the pool after all because it was pretty loud. We also tried the beach and it was packed. You could barely get a glimpse of the water. The hotel has beds with LARGE canopies that are set up all along the front row ($400 to rent for the day). They ruin the view. Get to the beach by 9am if you want a chance at a view without paying for the beds. I have stayed here in the past and had a much different/more positive experience. I'd go back with my kids, but I'll be looking for another hotel for an adult weekend meant for relaxing."

"Staff was very accommodating. Getting access to the room was very easy and convenient. Whenever you needed to speak to a staff member, you could easily speak to them, do that app. My only negative thing was that the hallways gave off a smell and the elevator was out. But they did notify me in the email that the elevator would be out. I would definitely stay again"
