「too small」

「Outstanding service made this five stars for us. We had two rooms and six people, two of which were young children, and the staff made every aspect of our stay hassle free. We ultimately loved it so much we decided to extend the stay an extra day. Once again, this was done without any hassle whatsoever. I wanted to particularly call out Ryan for his friendliness and helpfulness. Both our kids got sick on the trip and Ryan was so helpful and gracious in helping us navigate that. Would recommend...

「Our accessible room was perfect for us. We had a great view of the courtyard. We enjoyed the complimentary full breakfast that was served in the dining room. The handicap parking was very close to the lift to get up to our room.」

「Comfortable stay in quiet environment. Only complain is intermittent Wifi connection. Also, if you plan to walk between hotel and city center, it is a very tiring climb back to hotel, not advisable for elderly people or carrying lots of stuffs.」

We sprung a slow leak in our rental car tire coming into Cobh. Kevin went above and beyond and fully handled the situation for us on a Sunday! He got us a new tire, changed it out and had us on the road early Monday morning. We didn’t miss any sights in Cobh or on our trip up to Kilkenny thanks to him.
