「J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre, la salle de bain et la cuisine étaient propres, équipée d'un lave-vaisselle, bien aménagées et confortables. L’établissement dans son ensemble est très beau et bien entretenu. Il est situé dans un quartier agréable, à environ 10 minutes à pied d’une station de métro, ce qui rend les déplacements faciles. Personnel, particulièrement aimable et toujours à l’écoute. Je recommande sans hésiter !」

「Please keep in mind that this is an apartment-hotel, not a typical hotel which would provide daily housekeeping and other amenities. That being said, the unit we reserved was a 2BR/2BA unit that had a full kitchen and plenty of storage space. I think the condition of the unit seemed a bit worn as the cabinet doors to the bathroom vanities were rather water damaged in certain parts. The water pressure from the water conserving shower heads was a bit low and the shower drains in the primary...

「I had a wonderful stay! Check in/out was efficient, with the option to Room was clean and larger than most you would find in New York. I d I had a minor maintenance issue at the start but the Sonder team was very quick in responding and solving it. 」

「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」

「I wasn't sure what I'd expected but from the seamless check in to the standard of the room. All was top notch. 」

「There was a lot of construction noise from hotel work being done during the day while I was staying. The lighting really could have been better in the room, even with all the lights on it was dim and the top bolt on my door didn't work. Overall it was a really great room, clean, large, easy to use, and a great location with the subway on the corner of the same block. Target and Whole Foods are within walking distance, as is the Brooklyn Bridge, 」

「L'emplacement est idéal même si un peu excentré mais avec le métro tout est accessible rapidement. La chambre sur la rue est bruyante, les boules Quies étaient utiles. Et le chauffage fonctionne bien mais joli concert de tuyaux par moment. La cuisine est bien équipée, la salle de bains aussi même si elle est petite. Appartement avec 2 chambres, que je conseille maximum pour 3 car peu d'espace commun. Pour 2 ça reste cher. On a apprécié aussi le supermarché dans la même rue.」

「Originally booked the king room for one for about a week, had a friend spontaneously decide to fly in and come stay aswell. The room was incredibly clean, very cozy, nicely decorated, and had TONS of storage space.The kitchen supplied everything we needed. The room and king bed ended up being perfect, if not more than big enough, for the two of us. Definitely recommend downloading the Sonder app during your stay, very easy to use, has digital room key so you don't have to punch in the code each...

Generally good

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes. I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
