"GREAT GREAT hotel in such an excellent location. The Cathedral is next door and there are lots of really good restaurants close by. Be sure to try the German Restaurant on the left at the end of the arcade area next door, the staff and food is wonderful. There is a laundromat about a 10 min walk from the hotel (just past the Berlin TV tower) it is easy to use and very clean. "

"This place was really nice and comfortable. The best thing was that it was so centric from where we wanted to go. We loved the area and the walking distance to the London Parlament building (Big Ben). The receptionists were nice and the rooms were great and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay and I recommend it to everyone!!"

"From the moment we arrived, the staff at The Grand ensured we had a marvelous experience in EVERY way! The room was adequate, although it would have been nice to have a few more functions in the kitchenette, but we made sufficient due. Particularly, at the front desk, Cameron greeted us as we arrived hours before check-in. She sprung into action and offered us to take our bags, gave us a key card to use the bathrooms and enter the Club so we could get coffee and something to eat and was there to help us check in later. She was there, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. And, as we also interacted with other staff, there was no one who didn't exemplify the same type of service. Marvelous!! Couldn't recommend this hotel more!"
